These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the mmr105 platform (https://mmr105.app) and all related services. Please read and make sure you fully understand these Terms before accessing the platform, registering an account, or playing.

3.1 Deposits

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally completed within 10 to 45 minutes of submission. Please understand that delays may occur due to bank holidays or payment system issues.

3.3 Currency is Myanmar Kyat Only

All deposits and withdrawals on the mmr105 platform are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only.

3.4 Payment Responsibility

4.1 Welcome Bonus

Get a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit — up to 500,000 Ks. Example: deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total balance of 40,000 Ks. To withdraw that bonus, you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks.

Another example: deposit 1,020,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a total balance of 1,520,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

4.2 About the Wagering Requirement

Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been wagered 10 times. The bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is completed.

4.3 Bonus Changes

mmr105 may modify, adjust, or discontinue any promotion with prior notice. Bonuses may be cancelled if they are deemed to have been claimed in bad faith.

4.4 Bonus Abuse Policy

Bonus abuse — deliberately exploiting bonuses — is strictly prohibited. If found to have done so, all bonuses will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

mmr105 has 4 VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rates for each tier are:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP level progression is based on consistent play and a trusted betting history on the platform. mmr105 has full authority over all decisions regarding VIP level upgrades and downgrades.

Cashback is awarded as casino bonus funds and cannot be withdrawn immediately as cash — it is available for withdrawal only after the wagering requirement has been met.

Players are not permitted to do any of the following:

• Using software, bots, or autoclickers in an unauthorised manner
• Attempting to hack the platform's software
• Engaging in money laundering activities
• Playing under a false identity or using another person's personal information
• Engaging in collusion on the platform
• Interfering with or harassing other players

If any of the above violations are found, mmr105 may immediately suspend the account without prior notice and freeze any remaining balance.
